This idea was the brainchild of Margaret (Books Please) and was introduced to me by Lynne (Fictionophile). This is a blog I follow that is wonderful and I recommend that you check it out. If you want to see the reviews for those I have already read, click on the book cover.
This is not a challenge but an idea to help clear those physical books off your shelf. I read so much on my tablet, that my bookshelves are sagging, but I do not want to get rid of any of them until I read them. The plan is to post through the alphabet, choosing books whose titles begin with each letter. I head to Florida in January and am gone for 9 weeks. I read by the pool a lot so read physical books as my tablet is not sun friendly. I have picked my first 6 books for this challenge and it is a mix of genres. Once I read these ones, I will add more. I will bring others with me to Florida so I have them ready. Here goes:
A: Angels Rest by Emily March Finished
B: Breakwater by Carla Neggers Finished
C: Crime Rib by Leslie Budewitz Finished
D: Dangerous Alterations by Elizabeth Lynn Casey Finished
E: Evidence by Jonathan Kellerman Finished
F: The Fifth Letter by Nicola Moriarty Finished
G: Gone by Jonathan Kellerman Finished
H: High Noon by Nora Roberts Finished
I: Invisible Prey by John Sanford Finished
J: Jade Island by Elizabeth Lowell Finished
K: Kernel of Truth by Kristi Abbott Finished
L: The Last Promise by Richard Paul Evans Finished
M: Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah Finished
N: Night by Elie Wiesel Finished
O: Out of the Mist Finished
P: Play Dirty Finished
Q: Quentins Finished
R: Remembrance Finished
S: Sound of Thunder Finished

Thanks. That’s a lot of questions. Hope to get to it this week. I leave for home on Sunday with two days of driving so if not before, then later next week.

I don’t know what I like better, reading by the letter or reading by the pool…lol

Definitely reading by the pool. It is snowing and only 15 degrees at home.

Carla you should ask Santa for a Kindle Paperwhite. They are great for reading in strong sunlight. I wouldn’t be without mine.
