Hello all, this is just a short post to say that I made it home safely tonight. I will be in self-isolation for 14 days, so lots of time to catch up on posts I have missed, post reviews for books I have read but did not have time to review yet and of course read, read, read.

This past weekend, I spent a few days with my daughter. We headed to London to see The Lion King (Broadway Production). We drove to Missisauga, just outside Toronto to check in to our hotel. Because the Caribana Festival was in Toronto this weekend, we ended up taking the subway into town due to the numerous road closures. I am a Subway Neophyte, but we made it. The other neat thing was seeing the people who had been in the parade in their costumes riding the subway with us.

Today, it rained pretty much all day. That was okay as we can use the rain and it gave me a day that I needed to catch up on all the blogs that I follow. I had over 500 emails from blogs that I follow back into March. I am still not caught up, but I sure made a good dent in it.
