Last year was the first time I participated in this challenge and I did very well. I was able to catch up and/or finish 9 series. I decided that I needed to participate again. There are so many series that I am in the middle of or started late and need to go back and read the books I missed.
Levels: There are 3 different “Celebrity” levels of achievement for this reading challenge:
- C-LIST SERIES FINISHER ⇒ COMPLETE 1-4 SERIES.
- B-LIST SERIES FINISHER ⇒ COMPLETE 5-8 SERIES.
- A-LIST SERIES FINISHER ⇒ COMPLETE 9+ SERIES.
I am going to start at the B-List level and try to finish more series, but only time will tell. Head on over the Celebrity Readers to get all the details and link up your sign up post as well as reviews throughout the year.
As of December 31, 2023 I have completed 8 series, reading 28 books, I was successful in my quest to reach the B-List Series Finisher

Have fun Carla. If I manage to finish the Elly Griffiths Ruth Galloway series before the end of the year I will start on Louise Penny’s Armand Gamache series. Happy reading my friend. ❤📚

Both great series, Sandy. I have only read 2 Louise Penny books, but would love to catch up with the series. I want to watch the new series “Three Pines” that they have come out with based on her books. 📚💞📺

I recently read an interview with Louise Penny about that series, Carla, and she said it made her cringe. I’m not so keen on watching it now. But then her characters would be very strong presences to her and they would appear differently on screen which might be hard to come to terms with. If you do watch it, let me know what you think. ❤📚

I subscribe to her newsletters and I’m sure it was in the last one I received. I usually delete them after I’ve read them, but I will double check. If I haven’t deleted it I will forward it. ❤📚
