This is a book I won in a blog draw and was just able to pick it up from my cousin on my way home from Florida. I can’t tell you how many times I have read this to my grandson over the last two week.

Saturday Evening For Kids: Where Snow Angels Go #BookReview #Audiobook

Where Snow Angels Go is such a beautiful book. I originally listened to the audiobook, but wanted to see the illustrations. I couldn’t find a copy at my library, but went out to youtube. There were a few videos of people reading the book as well as a clip of Maggie O’Farrell reading a few pages. I was able to see the illustrations and they are absolutely gorgeous. I will be purchasing a copy of this one for my grandchildren.

Saturday Morning For Kids: Books Featuring Animals #BookReview #PictureBooks

With schools closed, my granddaughter was here each day for virtual/online learning until the end of June. We read a few books each day and I am so behind on highlighting and reviewing them. Enjoy this group of stories, all provided to me by the publisher through Netgalley. My granddaughters comments or reactions are included where appropriate. The rating and opinions shared are our own.

Children’s Hallowe’en Picture Books #BookReview

This week, my granddaughter was on a Hallowe’en kick. She wore a couple of costumes around the house and wanted me to read her Hallowe’en stories. She found these ones on my tablet and we read them together as well as with her brothers. They loved them all and we had a lot of fun with them. I know it is still six months to Hallowe’en, but they are not published for a few months so it will give you time to decide if you want to order any of them. All of these books were provided to me by the publisher upon request. The rating and opinions shared are our own.

Saturday Morning For Kids (Picture Books Not Just For Children) #BookReview

Today’s Saturday Morning for Kids is a bit different. I am highlighting picture books that are not necessarily for children, at least not young ones. These are based on true events and I am sure people of all ages will enjoy them and possibly will learn something from one or more of them. Each of these books were originally provided through Netgalley at my request, but they are now published and I was able to get them from my library to read with one or more of my grandchildren.
