To all of you who celebrate Christmas, I want to wish you a Very Merry Christmas!
I know many people have already signed off for the weekend and won’t see this, but if it is after Christmas, I hope you had a wonderful holiday.
I just got an email with a bunch of signs that made me laugh. I’m not posting them all, but here are a few that had me laughing out loud.
Continue reading “🤣🤣Signs to Make you Laugh 🤣🤣”Good morning everyone. I am a Sunday School teacher at my church and we always do a Christmas presentation during Advent. We only practice 2 weeks before performing, because we never know which young people will be in attendance. Yesterday was our performance and I am sharing a link for anyone who wants to watch. The little shepherd, angel and third narrator are my grandkids. The big shepherd and angel are their parents. It was not perfect, Baby Jesus suffered no lasting injuries, but the congregation loved it and the kids were proud of themselves. Our presentation begins at 22:40.
I loved seeing my granddoggy over the last 9 days. Here is a sampling of his moods from the day I arrived until yesterday when we decorated for Christmas. The kids won’t be home this year, so we did the next best thing. I will post about both my trips (Cancun and Halifax) this week, once I get back home.

😪
Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that “I know”
I then turned and looked behind me,
and seen I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.
I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.
Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King’s and Queens,
are Monarch’s every day.
I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.
I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.
Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above.
This poem I believe was written by a lady called Joanne Boyle
I have been making pumpkin loaf and pumpkin muffins for years and my family always enjoyed them. A few weeks ago I went to my soup supper with my bible study group and one of the ladies brought pumpkin muffins from a new recipe she tried. Well, they were so moist and delicious. I have made them twice and everyone, including my picky son, loved them. Here is the recipe:
