Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Marlene of Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, books for review from authors, Netgalley, Edelweiss or publishers, as well as gifts or books you won. If you click on the covers, it will take you to Goodreads, if it is on there.

One of my goals for 2023 was to request fewer ARCS, and I did really well this week. It might not look that way, but I had 32 books pending and I got approved for several of them this week. I now only have 19 books and 2 audiobooks pending between Netgalley and Edelweiss. I also had 2 invitations from Edelwiess and 4 from Netgalley. I did not request any books, Yayyy! I finally showed some willpower (I didn’t resist the invitations), although I added 16 ARCs to my TBR shelf. My biggest problem is that I read so many different genres there are always so many books that call to me.

Netgalley: 14 Books

Edelweiss: 2 Books

I did not get anything new from the library as I have a bunch that need to be returned within the next week and I have to read or listen to them. I did not purchase anything new from amazon either.

Audible: I purchase, 1 Credit Use, 2 Audiobooks that I won on Goodreads (already listened to 2 of them)

I added 13 ARCs to Mount TBR, and added 4 audiobooks from Audible.😵😬 I listened to 10 novels/audiobooks this week, so my TBR mountain grew a quite a bit this week.

What did you add to your shelves this week? Do any of these books appeal to you?
