Well, 2021 has come to an end and it was a pretty good year in books for me. I had several challenges on the go, and am happy with how I did on them all. II successfully completed all but one! Here is a quick wrap up and links to the pages I recorded my results on, if you want to check them out.
A to Z Book Challenge (Titles) 2021 – it was close and I finished Q last night
Edelweiss Reviewers Challenge on Goodreads: The host for this group is Lynne from Fictionophile. I have linked to this group in case you want to join in for 2022. 62/30
The 52 Book Club -2021 Challenge: This is a new challenge for me. I had really wanted to finish this one, but was 2 short. I had started one and still plan to finish it. 51/52
Bookbloggers Fiction Challenge for 2021 #BB2021FRC: This is a challenge that requires the reader to read 8 books based on specific prompts. A challenge begun by Lynne at Fictionophile in 2020. I enjoyed it and wanted to participate again. 8/8
2021 Mystery Genre Bingo Challenge: Using key ideas and topics, Darinda at NIGHTCAP BOOKS has you create your own bingo card for this challenge. My goal is to complete two lines on my card. 23/25 squares, 7 lines
What’s In A Name 2021 – Challenge: This is another relatively short challenge. There are only 6 prompts to fulfill for this challenge hosted by Andrea @ Carolina Book Nook. 6/6
Library Love Challenge 2021: Library Love Challenge hosted byAngel’s Guilty Pleasures & Books of My Heart. I originally selected the Overdrive Junkie level which is to read or listen to 36 books, but I achieved Library Card on Fire which is 60+. I stopped recording at that point. 61/36 (2021-06-23)
20 Books of Summer: This is a fun challenge and I selected 20 books with summer themes/summer covers/published during the summer. This challenge is hosted by the lovely Cathy746books 20/20
20 Books For Christmas 2020: For this challenge I selected 20 Christmas/Winter books to read and read them all, plus a few extras. This challenge is hosted by Tea & Cake for the Soul 20/20
Spell the Month in Books: This is a monthly meme originally created by Jana @ Reviews from the Stacks. I am turning mine into a challenge. I am using books on my TBR to spell the month with the goal that I read at least half of them each month. I don’t have a wrap-up page for this goal, so will just link to each month from here. January 5/7, February 6/8, March 5/5, April 5/5, May 2/3, June 3/4, July 3/4, August 6/6 , September 7/8, October 4/7, November 4/8, December 5/8 I did well each month acheiving my goal.
I was going to add my goals and challenges for this year, but that will have to be another post!

Sheesh! Are there prizes for people who complete the highest number of challenges? I think there would be no competition for you.

I can totally understand that. I saw one that was an alphabet challenge basically. You can go by author name or title. Seems like that would be an easy one to complete. We’ll see. 😉

Yes, I have done the title one a couple of time, maybe I will try the author this year, but just to see how many I get, not go out of my way to complete it. Good luck if you decide to try it, Jen.
