Hello and Happy Friday! I decided to join in The Positivity Wave. Originally started by  Meggy s@Chocolate’n’Waffles but I saw it posted by nickimags @ The Secret Library Book Blog  and Jonetta@BlueMoodCafe. It is a time to spread some positivity amongst all the doom and gloom on social media and in the news. Please feel free to join in with your own Happy Friday post and link to Meggy’s post so that she knows and say ‘hi’

I have not posted a Positivity Wave since October 9th, so I have a lot of wonderful things to share.

I have finally embraced the Autumn. I love the colours, the fall mums, the leaves, the birds stopping by my yard on their way south and all the amazing displays on people’s porches. It has been amazing. I love my town.

We did have a late summer right up until October 14th, so was in the pool every day until then. I love that I was able to swim in the middle of October, but it is covered and closed for the winter now.

Canadian Thanksgiving was on October 11th as well as my oldest grandson’s birthday. We had a turkey dinner on the 10th on the patio while the kids and I were in and out of the pool. Then we had a drive-by birthday even on the 11th for my grandson. Even with it being a holiday, it was amazing the number of people who came out to wish him a happy birthday.

I am still binge watching The Gilmore Girls, I absolutely love it!

My daughter is bringing Sherman, my granddog over every Wednesday while she leads her Brownie group. I love having him to cuddle with every week.

My grandkids are all, yes, all three, sleeping over this weekend. I had to do some major rearranging in my house as I do not want the Principessa Pickleina sharing a room with the youngest. While moving furniture and rearranging things, I purged as well. I think it looks amazing and I got rid of so much stuff. A great feeling of accomplishment.

I am still getting out to walk several times a week. I always feel so good after I get back.

Wonderful books; audio, ebook and physical books keep me entertained.

I have my appointment to have my cataracts removed next week on Tuesday. I am paying for the upgraded lens so will no longer have to wear glasses. (I have worn them for over 50 years). I am so excited.

Family and friends always make me feel good. I have received phone calls that were unexpected and made calls to people I had not talked to for awhile. It is wonderful to have conversations, laugh and catch up.

Last but not lease, I am always grateful to the wonderful blogger friends I have. Every like and comment one of you makes on my posts fills me with joy.

What positive things happened in your life this past week.

What are you Grateful For?
