Hello all. I have been a very busy girl and have gotten way behind on my reviews. Unfortunately, today I will be posting about six reviews of books I have read or listened to over the last week or so. I have not posted an update to my health journey for a while, so here goes.

Back in the summer, I posted that I was going to get healthy. I was going to keep active, exercise several times a week and eat healthy. I started off with a bang, then I broke my foot at the beginning of September. Because of that, I kind of derailed and by Christmas, I was worse than before I started. I was up to 293 pounds, yes, almost 300 and I need to own it. I left on December 26th for 11 weeks in Florida and a determination to get back on track. Well I am happy to say that I am doing well. I am down 28 pounds, my resting heart rate went from 78 bpm to 68 pbm and I am feeling pretty good. Here is my fitbit total from yesterday.

As far as what else I have been doing. Walking, reading, some touristy stuff and of course sitting on the balcony.

Last Friday, I stopped in West Palm Beach and visited The Downton Abbey Exhibit. I loved it and when I applied for a job, I was told I would make a good Housekeeper. Maybe I could be in the movie.ย ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

So, as I sit in my living room at the resort I am at, watching the waves, I am trying to catch up. It is in the low 60s and very windy, so I have not been sitting out or swimming for the last week, but hopefully it will warm up in the next few days. Time to get moving again, my fitbit is vibrating. Have a great day everyone!
